Shirley... since you did not buy the camera.. just ignore everything.. because the most that you can do is to inform the Ministry of Domestic Trade (enforcement division) for misleading offer done by the shop. .. Offer and Acceptance under Contract Act did exist there and there was only an invitation to treat involved by displaying the misleading price tag and offer. Pls correct me if i am wrong. Thanks

She told the shop that she is willing to pay extra RM50 for the camera but was told to come the next day because the owner was nor around. The next day, the owner told shirley that the actual price of the camera was the same as RM500 but Shirley was no longer interested in buying the camera.
